Repair parts for the CP10K only come in kits. If they need a specific part in a kit, they will be required to purchase the entire kit, we will not break down the kits. The reason for this is we evaluated the replacement parts, and some parts we get as full assemblies, and some parts if you are replacing a specific part, odds are the other parts around this one are going to possibly be worn and damaged as well.
Yes, back in 2010 we added 2 new adaptors, the CP10-242 which is a 1 ¼” conduit adaptor and the CP10-243 which is a 1 ½” conduit adaptor. These are only available as accessories that would have to be purchased in addition to a CP10K. We will not switch out any of the adaptors that are normally included with the puller in exchange for these. The CP10K includes the 2” – 4” conduit adaptors. We currently do not offer any adaptor for conduit sizes larger than 4”.
No, we do not offer a similar style unit to this. The design of this unit increases the voltage coming into the motor to increase its capacity. Our motors are only rated for 120V, so increasing the voltage coming into the motor will damage it. Any GB puller used with this type of accessory will have any warranty voided, and GB is not responsible for any damage done to the puller or any associated equipment used with the puller.
No, the capstan from the current model pullers will not work with the older style motors. The way that the capstan attachs to the drive motor is different from each revision of the motor.

For the CP10K puller, we list the pull strength as 10,000lbs. This is the maximum force the puller can pull for a short amount of time, normally 5-7 minutes, before the unit should be shut down to let the motor cool. For continuous pulling, this unit can pull 8,000lbs at a consistant rate without overheating the motor.
For the CP800 and CP8000 series pullers, the maximum pull strength is 8,000lbs with 4,000lbs as the continuous pull for. Same thing as the CP10K. If the unit is being ran at full strength, then it should only be ran for a short time per pull and allow the motor to cool.
