What temperature does the heavy duty heatshrink tube need to reach to begin to constrict?

The heavy wall heatshrink tubing will begin to shrink down at 120C or 250F.  Use of a torch or heat gun is recommended.  If using a torch, do not let the flame sit at the same point too long.  The tubing will begin to burn and bubble up, and then the effectiveness of the tubing will be reduced.  Keep the flame at the same distance and slowly go back and forth over the heatshrink.
